Lead SAP Implementation: Take charge of implementing HR SAP modules, ensuring seamless integration and
alignment with organizational objectives.
 Payroll Processing: Compute salaries accurately monthly and oversee the entire payroll process from start to finish.
 Compliance Management: Provide expert guidance on compliance matters affecting salary structures and proactively
implement necessary adjustments as per regulatory requirements.
 Performance Management: Drive the annual increment process, manage promotions effectively, and ensure timely
issuance of related documentation.
 Data Maintenance: Maintain and update master data across various HR modules, including payroll, to ensure data
integrity and system accuracy.
 Policy Development: Develop and implement robust policies and procedures to streamline payroll processing and
enhance operational efficiency.
 Audit Preparedness: Generate comprehensive payroll-related reports to facilitate both internal and external audit
processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
 Employee Support: Address employee queries promptly and assist during and after payroll processing to foster a
positive employee experience.
 Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on local employment ordinances, tax practices, and pension regulations,
ensuring full compliance and adherence to legal requirements.
 Excel Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Excel to analyze complex data and generate insightful
reports essential for decision-making processes.
 Timely Deliverables: Ensure timely completion and delivery of critical tasks, including full and final settlements,
reimbursements, incentive calculations, tax reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and EPF returns.
