POSITION OVERVIEW: The Machine Operator will plan & execute operations of his section to ensure smooth working of his department. He will manage workers of his section. He shall ensure timely maintenance of machines of his department and ensuring proper functioning. JOB DESCRIPTIONS FUNCTION: Production ROLE: Machine Operator QUALIFICATION: Diploma /ITI or equivalent(Machinist, Fitter, Electrician) EXPERIENCE: 1. Prior experience in operating similar machines 2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FMCG machines operations. 3. Strong attention to detail 4. Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 6. To Run & maintain machines, Parts calibration 7. Less downtime maintaining, machine maintenance & CIP 8. Daily report fill up & Reporting REPORTS & MEETINGS: 1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports of the sectionRitikaHRJob requirements
