Experience 5+ years of QA experience in Guidewire applications testing both Manual and Automation with extensive working experience on Managed Service engagements. Experience with both OOTB Guidewire functionality and client customizations for Policy, Billing and Claims Center for Property and Casualty Insurance companies! Experience in requirements testing Billing Center, Policy Center and ClaimCenter for both Configuration and Integration requirements for 3rd party vendors. Proficient with integration testing using SOAP UI Experience in testing customized Pay Plans, Delinquency Flows, Rating, Roles and Permissions, and other Administration data within the Guidewire application(s) Experience with center-to-center integration testing amongst the GW application suites Experience validating XML and JSON payloads from integration message queues in the admin of Billing Center Experience using the application logs within Billing Center, Policy Center and Claims Center to troubleshoot issues and validate test scenarios. Experience working with both the business and IT stakeholders to create test cases to match end-to-end test scenarios Job Functions Conduct procedures to ensure that all information technology solutions and services meet company quality standards and user requirements. Design and execute test plans, manual and automated test scripts, and test cases based on project requirements and objectives. Perform system, integration, functional, data validation, and automation testing as well as facilitate user acceptance testing. Utilize test automation tools and scripts, where feasible, to streamline test cycle execution. Utilize test management tools to document test plans and to report test results and defects. Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution. Proficient in Test Management Tools JIRA/Rally/HPClient-QC/VSTS/TFS Guidewire functional knowledge on Billing center, Policy Center, ClaimCenter, Datahub, Forms and Contact Manager. Additional Skills Ability to grasp business and technical processes analytically/strategically. Work cross-functionally to assist with problem-solving and project plan activities. Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely fashion. Effective written and verbal communication in a professional manner to management, business partners, associates, and external resources Technologies Guidewire Policy Center, Billing Center, ClaimCenter, Datahub, Forms and Contact Manager, including leading related project teams. Familiarity with GOSU, Guidewire Event and Rules Framework, SQL, SOAPUI Familiarity with XML Coding; Should be certified in Guidewire
