We are looking for a Sr. Atlassian Tools Developer and AdministratorWhat You Will Be Doing:
- Maintain and administer various Atlassian tools used by the organization (Jira DC and Cloud, JSM Cloud, Confluence Cloud, Bitbucket DC, and OpsGenie).
- Maintain the AWS infrastructure for our DC Atlassian products.
- Provide support and advanced troubleshooting for the entire user base.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that empower their day-to-day work while adhering to industry best practices.
- Manage user permissions according to the needs of spaces and teams.
- Serve as a trusted escalation point for our services team and customers.
- Design, document, and implement advanced scripts (Groovy/Java, ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira, etc.) and perform meaningful code reviews for your peers.
- Develop new ScriptRunner scripts or update/optimize/fix existing ones.
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience as an Atlassian expert (full-time support of Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket DC/Cloud) in large organizations.
- Understanding of system administration principles (Monitoring, Network, Storage, Scripting).
- Strong and confident experience with ScriptRunner for Jira, including extensive use of Listeners, Scripted Fields, Behaviors, and Fragments at an advanced level (working with all kinds of Jira Software, Issues, Issue Links, Directory, APIs, etc.).
- Extensive knowledge of project management/administration, permissions, workflows complex customizations, UI elements.
- Advantage: Extensive knowledge of eazyBI Reports and Charts for Jira, with the ability to develop new MDX queries, provide a wide range of new formulas to develop KPI, SLA, Agile, productivity, and prediction reports, and manage several eazyBI accounts with different permission ranges.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems with speed and efficiency, taking responsibility for the results.
- Ability to balance user requests and business needs against established best practices.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to optimize workflows.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), time management skills, fast learner, and self-motivated.
- Advanced verbal and written English skills – Mandatory.
