  • Evaluate experience with file format migration, long-term storage strategies, and repository systems (e.g., Archivematica, DSpace, Preservica).
  • Ask domain-specific questions and practical scenarios to gauge applied knowledge.
  • Provide detailed, unbiased feedback and recommendations to the hiring team.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in digital preservation, digital archives, or a related field such as library/information science or records management.
  • Familiarity with digital preservation standards and lifecycle management practices.
  • Experience with digital repository systems and preservation software/tools.
  • Prior experience in recruitment, mentoring, or interviewing is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide objective and constructive feedback.
