- Should be able to undrstand electronics iteme drawing & Procedures
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to work with people, should have good communication skills- written & verbal
- Familiar with MS office, CCPM, MS project
- Should be able to Identify process innovation through fixtures/test set-ups
- Good adaptability
- Active learning capability
- Earlier experience in similar field
