- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and transportation.
- Maintain a detailed record of travel expenses and prepare travel reports.
- Negotiate with travel vendors to secure the best deals and ensure cost-effective travel solutions.
- Provide administrative support, including document management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Manage the company s travel policy and ensure compliance by all employees.
- Assist in organizing events, conferences, and meetings as required.
- Maintain and update travel databases and emergency contact information for travelers.
- Address employee queries related to travel and provide real-time assistance during travel disruptions.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline travel and administrative processes.
- Bachelor s degree.
- 4+ years of experience in travel coordination and administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
- Familiarity with travel management software and online booking platforms.
