Job Title: Admin and Travel ExecutiveLocation: Chennai, Siruseri / Mount Road.Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin and Travel Executive to manage travel arrangements, administrative tasks, and ensure smooth coordination for employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for booking tickets, managing travel itineraries, and providing general administrative support.Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and transportation.
  • Maintain a detailed record of travel expenses and prepare travel reports.
  • Negotiate with travel vendors to secure the best deals and ensure cost-effective travel solutions.
  • Provide administrative support, including document management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Manage the company s travel policy and ensure compliance by all employees.
  • Assist in organizing events, conferences, and meetings as required.
  • Maintain and update travel databases and emergency contact information for travelers.
  • Address employee queries related to travel and provide real-time assistance during travel disruptions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline travel and administrative processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor s degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in travel coordination and administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
  • Familiarity with travel management software and online booking platforms.
