Responsibilities :Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design, development, and deployment of MEAN/MERN stack applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement best practices.Minimum Qualifications:- B.Tech in Computer Science or related field.- 5-8 years of experience in MEAN/MERN stack development.- Proficiency in Angular and React.- Strong understanding of Node.js and MongoDB.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with Express.js and building RESTful services.- Proven track record of leading development teams.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.Good to have skills:
TypeScript, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Agile methodologiesAdditional Responsibilities :

Knowledge of more than one technology
Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals
