We are seeking a Service Head S & W to join. You will be responsible forleading the team who is accountable for Field Service and Repair facility function for PAN India Region,which involves handling customer service and handling P & L for Field Service function. Your role plays acrucial part in the organization, which will contribute to generating business opportunities for servicesales, customer NPS Score. In this position, you will report to VP, SSR Aggregates, India.This position is mainly located in Bangalore/Gurugram/Chennai, However, it involves up to 50-70% oftravel to various sites across India.The Team you belong toYou will join a team of young and experienced professionals who are passionate about technology,Service and Customer Satisfaction and Retention.We work closely with internal // external stakeholders, such as Customers/Installation Team/Service Salesand Order Management Team.
