  • Define and own the overall InfoPath to Power Apps migration strategy and solution architecture
  • Assess existing InfoPath implementations and determine suitable Power Apps design patterns
  • Lead decisions related to data architecture, attachment handling, and integrations
  • Guide evaluation of standard vs premium connectors and related technical considerations
  • Establish governance, ALM, performance, and security best practices
  • Provide technical leadership, design guidance, and review to the development team
  • Support technical and licensing-related clarifications as required
  • Identify gaps between InfoPath capabilities and Power Apps features and define redesign approaches
  • Define standards for reuse, componentization, and scalability across multiple forms
