Role: Branch Head Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (Onsite) Job Type: Full Time- Permanent Experience: 5 Year (Real Estate Mandatory) Education: Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field Salary: 12-15 LPA (Depends Upon Experience, open to discuss) Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Head to lead our Hyderabad branch. The Branch Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in real estate management, and a passion for achieving results. Key Responsibilities: 1. Branch Management : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff management, customer service, and administrative functions. 2. Sales Leadership : Lead the branch sales team in achieving revenue targets and business objectives. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand market share. 3. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 4. Team Development : Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff to ensure a high-performance culture and foster professional growth and development. 5. Market Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business expansion, new revenue streams, and competitive positioning. 6. Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential liabilities. 7. Financial Management : Monitor branch financial performance, budget allocation, and expense control. Prepare and analyze financial reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. 8. Operational Excellence : Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness by implementing best practices, process improvements, and technology solutions. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred). - 5 years of experience in real estate management, with 3 years in a leadership role. - Proven track record of success in sales, business development, and client relationship management. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. - Sound knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and real estate management software.
