Profile:9-10 years of experience in B2B sales / strategic BD / distributor engagement in fintech, lending, ERP, or pharma-tech. - Proven ability to work with distributors, ERPs, and channel teams in field-intensive markets.- Strong commercial understanding of payments and credit models for the retail ecosystem.- Excellent spoken communication in Gujarati, Marathi, and Hindi - mandatory.- High ownership mindset with ability to operate in evolving, target-driven environments.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, close, and activate distributor partners across Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Rajasthan.- Lead ERP partner engagement, contract closure, and integration pilots with zone distributors.- Manage and support field sales teams (RMs & Salesmen) to expand retailer onboarding funnel.- Drive PG activation and payments volume growth across mapped distributor networks.- Carry and monitor lending targets, manage documentation pipeline, and ensure sanction-to-disbursal flow with partner NBFCs.- Build structured data and funnel reporting across pilot distributors.- Share regular progress updates with the central team, flag execution blockers, and implement solutions.- Language Fluency Required: Gujarati, Marathi, Hindi (ref:updazz.com)
