Job Description:We are seeking a seasoned Head of Treasury Back Office India Operations to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our back-office treasury operations in India.Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of our back-office treasury function, including trade processing, settlements, cash management, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of all back-office treasury activities.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process optimizations.
Manage a team of treasury back-office professionals, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure their development.
Build strong relationships with custodians and banking partners.
Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in a similar role, leading a treasury back-office team in India.
In-depth knowledge of treasury operations, settlements, accounting principles, and regulatory reporting.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
