This specialist is required to conceive marketing initiatives and work with regional sales team to ensure execution. The individual in addition to the regular marketing initiatives would also be expected to support market development initiatives. The role would provide exposure to the pan Indian healthcare setup along with the opportunity to work closely with marketers across the globe.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.Develop comprehensive marketing plans including competitive strategy, pricing strategy, sales/revenue forecasts, inventory management and brand communication initiatives. Support the marketing strategy through setting appropriate budgets, goals and metrics.Partner with global leads to develop local marketing strategies & strategic plans for the regionInventory planning including quarterly and yearly forecast and minimizing obsolescenceConduct primary/secondary research, obtain market intelligence on competitive pricing and product positioningDevelop, implement, and execute marketing strategies to launch new products & technologies including clinical messaging, physician engagement, effective pricing & sales engagement.Coordinate patient centric initiatives such as digital advertising, mass media publications, and strategies to achieve awareness and therapy adoptionDevelop and execute strategic launch plans and set 3–5-year growth targetsFoster positive relationships with key opinion leaders, industry luminaries, and other partners to support therapy acceptance, therapy expansion, and safe and effective use of Medtronic CRM products.Collaborate with a wide variety of internal stakeholders across legal, regulatory, clinical, PR and R&D to drive alignment and smooth execution of marketing strategies.Spend significant time on the field with sales personnel and customers to understand their perspective and ideas. Stay at the fore front of changing market dynamics and customer needs and preferences.
