- You will be a part of our analytics hub located in Warsaw, which is the foundation of wider team located throughout Europe.
- You will closely work with a team in Warsaw and UK/US in order to provide the highest quality services to our clients & contribute to shaping our business plan.

- Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in one of the natural sciences (Computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Law, Business or other).
- Experience with energy, waste and water data.
- Proven energy validation skills.
- Use of programming languages (R, Python or others is an advantage.
- Use of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI or others) is an advantage.
- Experience in coordinating data collection across a large and varied portfolio.
- Experience in communicating with stakeholders to gather information.
- Carbon footprint reporting knowledge preferred.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively to obtain required information within strict deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel).
- High analytical skills, focused on details, fast learning.
- Client oriented, capable to adapt to changing and demanding environment.
- Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines while managing conflicting priorities.
- Responsible and mature attitude.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
- Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
