- L3 & L2 Issues for US/EMEA and APAC - Unify based Applications.
- Application related issues debugging and resolution.
- Replicate issues & escalate to engineering on issues & defects/enhancements.
- WAS/WEB/Unify installations, upgrades and migrations.
- Patches deployment, restatement support.
- Application (WAS/WEB/Unify) related changes implementation.
- Automation of monitoring and operational tasks.
- Identify and address trends in issues (recurring or global issues)

- Installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting issues with WebSphere/WebLogic/JBoss Application Servers..
- Manage and support industry-leading Applications or BI tools deployed on WebSphere/WebLogic/JBoss in production environments.
- Perform installation, configuration, and administration of WebSphere/WebLogic/JBoss Application Servers to ensure optimal performance.
- Understanding and debugging of WEB/JAVA applications, different logging, dealing with performance issues, development and QA support, migration support
- Ensure adherence to support processes, best practices, and SLA requirements for all application support activities.
- Provide proactive troubleshooting and resolution of application issues, including debugging and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams for deployment, migration, and release management of enterprise applications.
- Perform regular health checks and implement automation scripts for routine maintenance tasks using UNIX/Shell or batch scripting.
- Experience with WebSphere Integrated Solutions Console and wsadmin scripting for automation
- Manage user access and security configurations, including integration with Active Directory (AD) on Windows/Linux environments.
- Offer 24x7 production support with flexibility to work in UK and USA shifts, ensuring high availability of critical applications.
- Document operational procedures, incident resolutions, and configuration changes for knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing timely updates and clear documentation of issues and resolutions.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude for learning new applications and technologies.
- Participate in capacity planning, performance tuning, and scalability assessments for enterprise applications.
- Coordinate with platform engineering teams to track and resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
- Utilize AI-driven monitoring tools and anomaly detection systems to enhance application performance and reliability.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by integrating AI-based automation for incident management and root cause analysis.
