Supporting the team in process of Valuation of the projects and exit of equity
Supporting the team in entire process of Loan financing of Projects
Supporting team in Due Diligence work for both Investor and lender
Supporting the team in negotiations of various legal agreements in relation to Equity sale and loan funding
Preparing financial model (from scratch) for project opportunities/ Sale process/ Loan funding
Developing MIS formats and analysis reports for management & business functions
Supporting Internal team for various financial analysis & planning requirement

Qualifications

MBA with a specialisation in finance
Minimum 7-12 years of experience in financial modelling for Solar/ Wind/ Hybrid Projects.
Hands on experience of complex financial modelling
Good presentation & Analytical skills
CA candidate with relevant experience can also apply
