Manager / Senior Manager - Global Payroll & Compliance - 15+ Years - PuneWe are looking for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager to lead global payroll and compliance operations for multinational clients. This role involves managing end-to-end payroll delivery across geographies, ensuring statutory compliance, leading large teams, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.Location - PuneYour Future Employer - A leading global professional services organization specializing in payroll outsourcing, compliance, and HR managed services. The organization supports multinational clients with scalable, technology-driven solutionsResponsibilities - * Manage end-to-end payroll operations for India and global clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling escalations and building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Lead and manage large teams (20-50 members), ensuring productivity, engagement, and performance delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labour laws, and statutory requirements across geographies.
  • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and quality frameworks to enhance service delivery.
Requirements - * 15+ years (Manager) / 17+ years (Senior Manager) of experience in global payroll and compliance, preferably in an outsourced environment.
  • Strong experience in managing large teams and handling client-facing roles.
  • Expertise in India and/or global payroll operations and vendor coordination.
  • Experience in project management, payroll transitions, and process improvement initiatives.
  • CA / CA (Inter) / MBA / LLB / Postgraduate from a recognized institution.
