He / She is responsible for the successful delivery of Transformation activity, management of the Transformation Team, Customer relationships & escalations in Programmes. They will have an extensive background in managing large scale Infrastructure programs within an outsourced environment. Having a very strong and diverse technical background, they will assemble and lead a matrixed managed team of technical personnel; including architects and subject matter experts to deliver Programmes. Ideally will have experience in Financial Services.Responsibilities Creates and manages a strong team of Technical SMEs, sets the goal for the team Technical governance with clients Articulates the technical solution to the technical team Anchors end end technical solution delivery Creates, Contributes, and Implements the best practices Executing the IT projects as per the agreed cost and revenue Streamlining execution of multiple technical engagements as per organization s defined methodologies. Contributes to business growth by expanding and enhancing current service offerings Owns and is accountable for scope, effort, budget, and delivery Drives continuous improvement in technical deliveries and individual / team performance. Handling of senior management conversations on delivery matters such as status reporting, Negotiations, Steering committee meetings Is proactive and the ultimate escalation point on all matters related to all engagements assigned in the region. Establishes and maintains excellent relationships with Customer / and other Internal departments and can effectively manage all the stakeholders on either side. Working with Sales team on RFP and showcase the Delivery capabilities.Experience More than 15 years of experience, out of which at least 4-5 years of Managing large scale of IT Outsourcing Transition & Transformations. Exceptional Infrastructure technical background in private, public and hybrid cloud environments; covering Compute, Networks, Storage & Management tools. Experience in managing diverse and multiple teams and complete ownership and responsibility of the team Customer relationship management at all levels up to CXX level. Hiring and retaining the best talent, performance management Creating and implementing growth & development plans for the team Resource planning and balanced resource utilization across different Projects Budget. Development and cost tracking. Presales support Multi sector including Financial Services. Waterfall & agile delivery methods Good knowledge of architecture principles, ideally having worked in architecture role Mandatory Skills Must have handled large scale IT Transformations in Digital Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Manages conflict constructively, can identify areas of improvement in team thinking. Managing a team of Technical SMEs and Architects Knowledge and experience of working on diverse business models and team models with their pros and cons Experience of Global Delivery with offshore/ onsite model. Understanding of the entire engagement lifecycle starting from engagement initiation, transition to steady state and Transformation Budgeting and cost management. Strong presentation skills.
