- Workforce Management Employee Exit Management Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
- Coordinating with hiring managers for the closure of the position.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and keep up with a high volume of activity.
- Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.
- Work closely with management to determine hiring needs and review and understand job requisitions
- Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of HR Best Practices.
- Willingness and ability to undertake training needed in order to fulfill the changing requirements of the job.
- Good organizational skills and ability to pay attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritize and organize own workload with subordinates in an effective and accurate manner, while working within broad guidelines.
- Should be flexible and Willing to work under fix deadline or Target for recruitment
