We serve critical infrastructure, utility, and industrial sectors across Indiawith a focus on innovation, quality, and performance.Role SummaryWe are seeking qualified and committed Production Supervisors to manage shop-flooroperations across Pultrusion, SMC, DMC, BMC, and Hand Lay-up processes. The idealcandidate should possess hands-on experience in composite production and the ability to lead ateam towards achieving daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on Pultrusion and molding lines

(SMC, DMC, BMC, Hand Lay-up).

Ensure compliance with production schedules, standard operating procedures (SOPs),

and quality standards.

Monitor and control production parameters - resin mixing, mold preparation, curing,

trimming, and finishing.

Coordinate with the QA/QC department for in-process quality checks and corrective

actions.

Maintain production records, logbooks, and shift reports.

Train, guide, and monitor workers/operators to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

Implement and maintain 5S and workplace discipline across assigned lines.

Support preventive maintenance planning and raw material requirement reporting.

Candidate Profile

Education: Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical, Polymer, or Production Engineering.

Experience: 2 to 3 years in FRP manufacturing processes - specifically Pultrusion, SMC,

DMC, BMC, and Hand Lay-up.

Skills Required:
