Operations Management:- Oversee day-to-day store operations independently.- Implement and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) from the corporate office.- Manage stock and inventory in coordination with the warehouse.2. Sales Growth and Customer Satisfaction:- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets.- Ensure excellent customer service and analyses feedback for continuous improvement.3. Employee Management and Leadership:- Foster a positive work environment, ensuring staff satisfaction.- Provide training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.4. Relationship Building:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.5.
