Assistant Manager - HR - HYD

MBA/ MSW graduates from reputed colleges /Institutes with 6-7 years proven experience in manufacturing domain.
Should have very good experience in all compliances, returns filing, statutory payments, ESI, PF, Factories Act, Boilers Act, all acts related to Factories
Should have good experience in IR and union related issues.
Should have very good exposure of Plant HR and related compliances.
Should have experience in MIS reporting
Should have experience coordinating all selection and recruitment activities.
Should have experience in Employee Life Cycle management
Should have experience in payroll management
Should have experience in Welfare measures.
Should have a mix blend of Corporate and Plant HR - reporting protocols and compliances
Should have exposure dealing with unions and its related intricacies.
Exposure to HR Budgeting added advantage
