Location: BangaloreRoles & Responsibilities:
- Perform order management activities for assigned regions utilizing relevant applications.
- Ensure strict adherence to established procedures, policies, and systems.
- Meet performance metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) consistently.
- Achieve daily turnaround times for orders as per defined guidelines.
- Adhere to all internal and external processes as defined by the organization.
- Proactively identify and communicate issues that may impact business processes.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues promptly for quick resolution.
- Answer questions about products or services, troubleshoot problems, and assist customers with technical support.
- Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree in arts, Science, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Skill in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Strong digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong Communication with ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally.
- Ability to handle multi-tasking.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work night shifts as required.
