- Reporting to the India SWA Marketing Manager, he/she will be responsible for developing Sales of Bioreactor & Automation products in the region.
- Customer Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and stakeholders in the MICRO BIOREACTOR (M2P) and Automation space. This will involve understanding their needs, gathering market insights, and conducting customer interviews, surveys, and focus groups specific to these products. Establish and maintain relationship with subject matter experts in that market to improve our penetration and increase our market share.
- Market Analysis: Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape for MICRO BIOREACTOR (M2P) and Automation products. This will involve gathering and analyzing data, monitoring industry trends, and assessing market potential.
- Opportunity Assessment: Evaluating the market potential and feasibility of introducing or expanding the MICRO BIOREACTOR (M2P) and Automation product line. This will involve analyzing market size, growth potential, profitability, and competitive dynamics specific to these products.
- Strategic Planning: Developing strategic plans to penetrate new markets and drive business growth for MICRO BIOREACTOR (M2P) and Automation products. This will involve setting objectives, defining market entry strategies, identifying key success factors, and developing go-to-market strategies tailored to these product lines.
- Collaboration: Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to align strategies, develop marketing campaigns, and ensure successful market entry and growth for the MICRO BIOREACTOR (M2P) and Automation product line. Closely work with Danaher wide LSIG Opcos & actively participate in KAM/COOM initiatives, deploy Account Based Marketing, explore Cross Opco Lead generation etc.
- Sales Support: Providing support to the sales team by developing sales tools, conducting product training, and assisting with customer presentations/demos specific to MICRO BIOREACTOR (M2P) and Automation products. This will ensure effective communication of the value proposition and differentiation of these products.
- Application Implementation: Collaborating with customers to understand their specific requirements and develop a plan for implementing MICRO BIOREACTOR (M2P) applications. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and project management, to ensure smooth and timely deployment.
- Customization and Configuration: Working with customers to customize and configure MICRO BIOREACTOR (M2P) applications to meet their unique business needs. This may involve modifying workflows, integrating with existing systems, and designing personalized user interfaces.
- Technical Support: Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers using MICRO BIOREACTOR (M2P) applications. This will involve analyzing and resolving technical issues, conducting root cause analysis, and working with the development team to implement solutions.
- Application Training: Conducting training sessions and workshops for customers to ensure they have a thorough understanding of MICRO BIOREACTOR (M2P) applications and how to effectively utilize them. This may involve creating training materials, delivering presentations, and providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Application Upgrades and Enhancements: Keeping abreast of new features and updates for MICRO BIOREACTOR (M2P) applications and working with customers to implement upgrades and enhancements. This will involve coordinating with the development team, managing release schedules, and communicating changes to customers.
- MSc/MTech/ in Biological Sciences /Chem Eng/Biotechnology
- Strong technical knowledge on Fermentation, Bioprocess (Upstream & Downstream)
- At least 5 years of extensive Technical/Applications experience in an international environment.
- Adept in understanding and presenting complex workflows involving products such as centrifuges, liquid handling systems, microbioreactors that could form a part of the segment related workflows.
- Strong cultural difference awareness to understand what works within and across countries.
- Good understanding of business and its operational and financial aspects
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A self-motivated person who looks forward to significant field-based activity (up to 50-70% of their time)
