Job Description:OverviewCertified CPC/CCS coder with minimum 3 years of post-certification experience, experience and skillset, to review the medical records and determine the coding corrections. E&M Coders.Qualifications: * CPC/CCS Certified Coder with minimum 3 years of experience after certification.

Credential should not have Apprentice (CPC-"A").
Should have experience in E&M Outpatient, Inpatient and ED Coding along with minor surgery procedures.
E&M Inpatient coding experience is mandatory.
Experience in Multispecialty will be an added advantage.

Experience: * Coding experience: Minimum 3 years (Post Certification)

Auditing experience (Optional)

Communication: * Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skillsWorking Hours: * 40 hours per week as Full time employee

Shift time: 08:00AM TO 05:00PM IST
Weekends Off

Telecommuter/Internet requirements, if applicable: * High Speed internet connection at home, must be broadband

Must understand and adhere with telecommuter policy

Skills and abilities: * Follow every aspect of SOP without fail

Ensure to maintain the 98% Quality
Ensure to maintain the 7.5 claims per hour as productivity
Updating the QA feedback in EXLmine & Pareo
Complete received Audits with Quality
To achieve Quality and production target
Follow project related protocols and instructions
Escalate issues, identify trends...
Update all the logs like productivity, Clarification log, and any other logs applicable on a daily basis.
Check with Manager /TL in case of clarifications
All emails from Manager should be answered promptly without fail
Ensure compliance of entire team for HIPAA, OIG
