- Global Media Delivery Lead
- Purpose: Leading a team of approximately 50 project managers who are delivering outputs to clients all over the world. You will be liaising between Sales and Operations colleagues across Europe, Asia and North America managing both syndicated and custom client projects. You will also coordinate internally with our country-level Client Media Solutions teams to deliver best-in-class sponsorship media analysis to our clients that range from sports properties, teams and leagues to esports organisers and brands. You will be a senior member of our Global Operations Leadership team.
- Proven successful people leadership of teams of similar size in the media analytics industry preferably with experience in the following sectors - sponsorship, advertising, broadcast, digital media.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and proven successful experience in a client facing role as well as operational assignments.
- Know what it takes to build a highly successful project management org, delivering complex client analytical projects, using project management platforms, measuring performance and managing diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to coach your team to this
- Masters degree or equivalent in a subject where both extensive written and verbal communication skills and advanced mathematical analytical skills are key.
- Strong understanding of the global media ecosystem, how it is measured, and how advertisers and media platforms interactExperience in leading global capabilities teams and working with both on-shore and off-shore teams
