Reports To: Branch Manager / Sales ManagerJob Purpose:To acquire new customers and drive the sale of Current and Savings Account (CASA) products through direct and indirect sourcing strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.Key Responsibilities:Customer Acquisition:Identify and source potential customers for CASA products through cold calling, field visits, references, and digital channels.Conduct market mapping to understand competitor offerings and customer segments.Sales & Revenue Generation:Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA acquisition targets.Cross-sell relevant bank products such as FD, RD, Debit/Credit Cards, Insurance, etc., to increase wallet share.Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with acquired clients to generate repeat business and referrals.Ensure excellent customer service to enhance customer retention.Documentation & Compliance:Ensure timely and accurate documentation for all CASA accounts opened.Adhere to all bank compliance, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.Market Intelligence:Gather insights on competitor products, pricing, and customer trends.Share feedback with the product and marketing teams for improvements.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer-centric approachGoal-oriented with good negotiation skillsField sales experience preferredKnowledge of banking products and services
