Key Responsibilities:Sales Generation:
- Identify new sales opportunities and clients within the assigned territory.
- Conduct direct sales to retail stores, distributors, and individual customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer input and market demand.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive brand image.
- Coordinate and participate in trade shows, product launches, and promotional events.
- Implement in-store promotional activities to increase product visibility and sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
- Submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager and provide updates on progress toward sales goals.
