About the Role :-We are seeking a highly experienced Project Architect to lead residential architecture projects from concept through to construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, deep technical knowledge, and proven leadership in managing large-scale residential developments.Key Responsibilities :-1. Project Leadership :- Lead architectural design and development of residential projects from initial concept to completion.2. Design Documentation :- Prepare and review detailed CAD drawings, specifications, and comprehensive construction documents.3. Consultant Coordination :- Collaborate with external consultants including Structural, MEP, and Landscape teams to ensure cohesive design integration.4. Site Supervision :- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure that the design intent is maintained throughout execution.5. Project Management :- Oversee project timelines, design deliverables, and budgets. Coordinate with internal and external teams to meet project milestones.6. Regulatory Compliance :Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.Candidate Requirements :-- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architecture, particularly in residential projects.- Proficient in CAD software and architectural drawing standards.- Strong project management and coordination skills.- Excellent knowledge of local building regulations and construction practices.- Proven ability to lead design teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
