We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Junior technical support executive with knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes. The primary responsibility of this role will be to monitor server payments and renewals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for tracking server uptime and downtime.Responsibilities:

Monitor server payments and renewals, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and on time.
Track server uptime and downtime, reporting any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate teams.
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding payment and renewal statuses.
Assist in resolving any billing discrepancies or issues.

Experience :Fresher to 1 year (Preferred)Female candidates onlyQualifications:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) in Computer Science and BE CSE.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or relevant software applications.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
