Maino.ai is a AI/ML-powered martech platform that automates and optimizes digital marketing efforts-covering creative generation, audience targeting, budget optimization, real-time analytics, campaign automation, and attribution across channels Role- Senior Marketing AnalystLocation- HSR Layout, Bangalore (5 days WFO)Experience- 1-4 yearsKey Responsibilities- Analyze performance across digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Bing, etc.)- Build and maintain automated dashboards using SQL, Python, and Google Sheets- Track KPIs like CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPI, etc., and identify optimization opportunities- Collaborate with performance marketing, creative, and product teams to test and improve campaigns- Design A/B tests, segment audiences, and extract actionable insights from large datasets- Assist with attribution modeling and spend forecasting- Own weekly and monthly reporting to leadershipRequirements- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, UAC, YouTube, DV360, etc.- Hands-on experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (AppsFlyer, Branch, etc.) and tools like Firebase/GA4- Experience in analyzing acquisition funnels, retention cohorts, and campaign attribution- Working knowledge of SQL (BigQuery, MySQL) for data querying and analysis- Basic Python skills for data automation and visualization (Pandas, Matplotlib preferred)- Advanced skills in Google Sheets (formulas, pivots; App Script is a plus)- Strong communication skills and a business-first mindset when analyzing marketing metrics- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teamsBonus Points :- Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, or other BI tools- Experience with marketing APIs (Google Ads API, Meta Ads API)- Prior work in a high-growth or D2C/startup environment (ref:updazz.com)
