The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls and handling inbound calls. The day-to-day tasks include answering customer queries, providing information about our services, maintaining customer database, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions Fluent in both spoken and written English, Hindi & Marathi.
