Location: MumbaiAbout INJA WellnessINJA Wellness makes premium supplements with our primary focus being Collagen. We sell primarily on our own website – injawellness.com, Amazon and other marketplaces, with a growing offline presence through dermatologists, supplement stores, and modern trade. Our Instagram is managed by an agency. This role is about everything the agency does not do.Why this role existsAn agency posts content, you build community. The difference matters. We have real customers, people who have seen results with collagen, who tag us, who DM us with questions, who recommend us to friends. None of those conversations are being managed with the care they deserve. You will change that.You will also be the person who owns our influencer relationships from end to end. Not just sending products, but briefing creators properly, following up on content, and building the kind of ongoing relationships that produce authentic posts rather than one-off transactional ones.What you will ownCommunity management (daily)
  • Reply to every DM on Instagram within 5 mins during working hours. Not template replies, real answers.
  • Monitor and respond to comments on all INJA Wellness posts. Engage, don't just moderate.
  • Track and reshare user-generated content and encourage customers to post results, reviews, unboxings, etc.
  • Flag product questions, complaints, and order issues to the right person same day.
Influencer partnerships
  • Build and maintain a tracker of 50+ relevant influencers across fitness, beauty, skincare, and wellness niches
  • Own outreach. Send personalised messages, not mass copy-paste and manage the relationship from first contact to posted content to after that ensuring they had a good experience with our products.
  • Follow up relentlessly on committed posts.
  • Track reach, saves, and link traffic from every influencer post and report monthly.
LinkedIn — INJA Wellness brand
  • Post 3 times per week on the INJA Wellness LinkedIn page. Education-led content about collagen, ingredients, and wellness
  • The goal is to build credibility with B2B buyers, corporate wellness decision makers, and healthcare professionals — not just consumers
  • Content ideas should come from you, can use AI to help write posts.
Agency coordination support
  • Provide PostScript with raw content, videos, photos, customer testimonials that they cannot generate themselves
  • Shoot simple content yourself where needed: product flat lays, quick ingredient explainers, behind-the-scenes
Reporting
  • Weekly report: DM response rate and volume, influencer posts published, LinkedIn engagement, UGC collected.

  • 1–2 years in a social media or community role.
  • Excellent written communication in English.
  • Organised enough to manage 20+ influencer relationships simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • Genuinely interested in wellness, beauty, health or nutrition — you cannot talk about collagen convincingly if you do not care about it.
Strongly preferred
  • Experience with a D2C supplement, beauty, or wellness brand.
  • Comfortable shooting basic content on a phone.
  • Familiarity with Instagram analytics.
  • Understanding of what makes collagen content shareable vs skippable
