- Advise manufacturing clients on IT strategy, process optimization, and digital transformation, focusing on ERP, MES, and supply chain integration.
- Lead end-to-end system integration projects—requirements, solution design, implementation, data migration, and support—across discrete and process manufacturing environments.
- Support presales: drive solutioning, RFP responses, cost estimation, and proposal presentations for large-scale projects.
- Build and manage client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive business development across geographies.
- Oversee project teams, ensuring quality delivery and managing risks for multi-site and multi-country engagements.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, data security, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on manufacturing technology trends (e.g., Industry 4.0, IoT, automation) and best practices; mentor and upskill team members.
- Publish white papers, lead workshops, and contribute to industry forums.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, IT, or related field.
