- Knowledge in Conventional Water Treatment Plant design of high capacities, membrane filtration technologies such as microfiltration, Nano filtration, ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis for Desalination
- Knowledge in Sewage Treatment Plants covering various state-of-art process technologies such as ASP, SBR, MBBR, A2O, MBR, BNR and Anaerobic technologies.
- Knowledge in Industrial effluent treatment with zero liquid discharge for various industries such as Power, Refineries, Petrochemicals, Distilleries, Textiles, Tanneries and CETP.
- Thorough knowledge of CPHEEO manual, IS codes, other national and international codes / standards and design related software.
- Experience in leading a team of multi-disciplinary engineers for basic & detail engineering, tenders & operating jobs of water, wastewater & industrial effluent treatment for EPC projects.
- Good communication & networking skills to facilitate the approval of designs from clients and consultants.
- Leadership and motivation skills to encourage and guide Research & Development activities
- Will be responsible to oversee the Proposal, Engineering and Project Management of Water business.
- Will be responsible lead design and engineering of various Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant Projects.
- Will be instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for identifying and concluding technology tie-ups in water.
- Will be managing entire bidding process for securing of contracts, coordinating with external agencies with regard to negotiations & finalisation.
- Will be managing diverse range of project engineering activities related to project conceptualisation, process and detail engineering, planning, implementation, validation, risk analysis & mitigation and process improvements
- Will be responsible for optimisation and value engineering efforts to reduce costs
- Will be responsible for enforcing robust systems & quality plans to ensure high quality standards during all the stages of project
- Building relationships with existing clients in an attempt to increase their current spend
- Will be responsible for strengthening customer relations and handling Government tenders & interaction with officials at various levels.
- Will be managing multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams to work in sync with corporate set parameters
