Profile: Telemarketing ExecutiveExperience: 1–3 years of experience in telecalling/inside sales in a B2B environment.Salary: Upto 30kJob Description:We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive who will be responsible for generating leads through cold calling and scheduling meetings for our field sales team. The role requires fluency in English, Gujarati, and Hindi, with excellent communication and convincing skills.Key Responsibilities:
  • Make cold calls to textile companies, loom manufacturers, and industry prospects.
  • Explain the company's Looms ERP product and services to potential customers.
  • Fix appointments and meetings for the field sales team.
  • Maintain lead databases and follow up regularly for conversions.
  • Understand client needs and share initial product information.
  • Work with CRM systems to track calls, leads, and conversion status.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets and lead generation goals.
