- Make cold calls to textile companies, loom manufacturers, and industry prospects.
- Explain the company's Looms ERP product and services to potential customers.
- Fix appointments and meetings for the field sales team.
- Maintain lead databases and follow up regularly for conversions.
- Understand client needs and share initial product information.
- Work with CRM systems to track calls, leads, and conversion status.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and lead generation goals.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling/inside sales in a B2B environment.
- Strong command of Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and tele-sales processes.
- Positive attitude, ability to handle rejections gracefully.
