Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Manager or similar role, preferably in the
manufacturing or FMCG industry.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
5. Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis and
reporting.
6. Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
8. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
9. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
10. Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences in the Delhi area is a plus.Job requirements
