Overview The Deputy Manager - Financial Services plays a critical role in overseeing the financial operations and services within the organization. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any stream. 5 Years proven experience in Insurance Sales (Including minimum 1 year team handling experience) Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and audit processes. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments. Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel and financial modeling tools. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive financial initiatives and decision-making. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in leading and developing a high-performing financial services team. Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiency within financial services.
