- Development in the medical devices or precision components industry
- Proven track record in customer relationship management, contract negotiation, and pricing strategy
- Hands-on experience with SAP, costing tools, and demand forecasting
- Strong understanding of medical device certifications and quality norms (ISO 13485, USFDA, MDR, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with OEMs or Tier 1 medical device companies preferred5 years of experience in Key Account Management / Business
