- Maintain Financial Records: Ensure proper and up-to-date maintenance of financial records, including ledgers, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions. Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection of dues.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile daily, monthly, and yearly bank transactions and statements to ensure accuracy.
- GST & Tax Compliance: Assist with the preparation and filing of Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns, ensuring compliance with Indian tax regulations. Prepare TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) returns and ensure timely payments.
- Monthly/Quarterly Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management, highlighting key financial metrics and variances.
- Invoice Generation: Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner and ensure proper documentation.
- Expense Management: Track and monitor company expenses and prepare reports for management review.
- Audit Support: Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and assisting in resolving discrepancies.
- Inventory Management (if applicable): Manage inventory accounts and ensure that they align with actual stock levels.
- Bank Liaison: Handle communication with banks regarding payments, fund transfers, and other banking activities.
- · Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance. A professional qualification such as CA Inter, CMA, or MBA in Finance is an advantage.
- · Experience: 2+ years of experience in an accounts or finance role.
- · Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks,) and Microsoft Excel.
- · Knowledge of Taxation: Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax laws and regulations.
- · Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and high-quality financial records

- · Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
