Experience: 3–7 Years3. Role OverviewWe are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. The role involves handling end-to-end financial processes, including export transactions and SEZ compliance. The candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, regulatory adherence, and timely financial closures.4. Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting operations using Tally ERP
Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, and variance analysis
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements
Manage export transactions, documentation, and foreign remittances
Oversee SEZ compliance, filings, and coordination with regulatory authorities
Support internal and external audits, including audit documentation
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Monitor financial controls and ensure process accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data and reporting
Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance

5. Required Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (mandatory)
3–7 years of post-qualification experience in accounting/finance roles
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
