This role ensures that organizational goals are met through effective coordination, leadership, and strategic implementation of company policies at the zonal level.Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight:
  • Supervise day-to-day operations within the assigned zone.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of company policies and procedures.
 Team Leadership:
  • Lead, train, and support local teams and branch managers.
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure target achievements.
 Sales and Business Development:
  • Drive sales initiatives and revenue growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and local partnerships.
 Reporting and Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate records of zonal activities and prepare periodic reports.
  • Analyze performance metrics to improve efficiency and outcomes.
 Coordination and Communication:
  • Act as the liaison between regional head office and local teams.
  • Coordinate logistics, events, and promotional campaigns within the zone.
 Customer and Stakeholder Management:
  • Ensure high-quality customer service delivery.
  • Resolve escalated customer or stakeholder issues within the zone.
