This role ensures that organizational goals are met through effective coordination, leadership, and strategic implementation of company policies at the zonal level.Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight:
- Supervise day-to-day operations within the assigned zone.
- Ensure smooth implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Lead, train, and support local teams and branch managers.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure target achievements.
- Drive sales initiatives and revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and local partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of zonal activities and prepare periodic reports.
- Analyze performance metrics to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Act as the liaison between regional head office and local teams.
- Coordinate logistics, events, and promotional campaigns within the zone.
- Ensure high-quality customer service delivery.
- Resolve escalated customer or stakeholder issues within the zone.
