JobType: full-timeRequirements:Role Overview:We are looking for detail-oriented and organized Warehouse & Stores professionals from Executive to Manager level to manage inventory, raw material handling, dispatch, and warehouse compliance. The role ensures GMP, FSSAI, and ISO compliance, while optimizing space, documentation, and inventory accuracy.Key Responsibilities:(Responsibilities scale depending on the role level)For All Levels:
- Receive and inspect incoming raw materials, packing materials, consumables, and maintain GRNs.
- Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, segregation) based on product category.
- Handle issuance of materials to production as per FIFO/FEFO principles and batch requirements.
- Maintain inventory records, perform stock reconciliations, and ensure minimum stock levels.
- Operate and maintain ERP/WMS systems for material inward, issue, and dispatch.
- Ensure proper labelling, binning, and stacking of materials for traceability.
- Coordinate with QC/QA for sampling, approval, and release of materials.
- Maintain stock registers, inward/outward records, and audit documentation.
- Implement 5S, safety, and hygiene standards in the warehouse area.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch of finished goods.
- Oversee the complete warehouse and logistics operations, including raw material, packing material, and finished goods handling.
- Design and implement SOPs for warehouse activities, including dispatch planning and cycle counting.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FSSAI, ISO, and external audit requirements.
- Plan warehouse space utilization, workflow optimization, and manpower allocation.
- Lead the monthly and annual physical stock audits and resolve variances.
- Liaise with procurement, QA, production, and sales teams for supply coordination.
- Manage a team of warehouse staff, train and monitor performance, and ensure safe material handling practices.
- Oversee export packing, documentation, and logistics coordination for international shipments.
- Report warehouse KPIs - stock accuracy, turnaround time, dispatch efficiency, etc., to senior management.
- Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Science stream; Post-graduation or certification in materials management is an advantage.
- Executive Level: 1-3 years of experience
- Senior Executive: 3-5 years
- Assistant Manager: 5-7 years
- Manager: 7-10+ years
- Experience in herbal/nutraceutical/pharma warehouse or GMP-compliant manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, stock reconciliation, and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally ERP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel.
- Good communication, planning, and team-handling skills.
