Position: Area Sales Manager - Medical SimulatorsLocation: Karnataka, Telangana or Tamilnadu (frequent travel required)Salary: 56 LPA___Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute zonal sales strategy aligned with national goals.Lead, manage, and mentor a regional sales team.Generate business in medical education (medical colleges, institutions, etc.).Own the sales cycle: lead gen closure CRM updates.Build partnerships with key stakeholders in the healthcare/education industry.Represent the company at medical trade events and conferences.Collaborate with national sales head, marketing, and support teams.Experience & Qualifications:Education: MBA in Sales + relevant Bachelor's degree (science/engineering/medical preferred).Experience:o4+ years in capex medical/healthcare equipment sales.oProven 50100 crore sales annually for the last 2 years.oLeadership in managing high-performance sales teams.Skills:oStrong medical/educational network in the region.oExcellent verbal and written communication.oCRM proficiency, analytical skills, and adaptability.Preferred Background:MD, MBBS, BDS, nursing, physiotherapy, science grads, or biomedical engineers.
