Position: Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager
Division: Decorative Sales (Retail)Location: PuneReports to Regional ManagerNo. of Reportee's: 2-3 Reportee'sKey Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators):
The incumbent will look at the entire area of developing sales function within his/her respective area & geography & will drive following key work deliverables:
  • Own the end-to-end responsibility of driving the painting services portfolio in the area.
  • Strategically develop opportunities by increasing the number of booked sites, lead updates & conversions and driving product sale & upgrades.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Ensure business processes, rates and initiatives are executed as per plans.
  • Recruitment of team, training and alignment with the services roadmap to ensure adherence to business plans.
  • Manage the service and team resources for the service.
  • Execution of activation strategies to increase awareness of our services among target audiences.
  • Work closely with stakeholders like dealers and contractors to generate business.
  • Analyze metrics such as monthly sale, average, customer feedback, complaints etc. to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Set clear performance targets and provide regular feedback to team members to ensure accountability, productivity and achievement of business objectives
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional development.
  • Develop the Business with respect to Booked Number of Sites & Value from leads and improve Customer Referral Contribution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively address client inquiries, concerns and feedback to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Implement initiatives to increase customer referral contributions and leverage positive word-of-mouth marketing.
  • Sanders, Rollers & VC: Ensure all Equipment’s are regularly in workable condition, monthly reporting of condition Moisture meter, Distance meters: Checking regularly usage as per norms and reporting for deviations. To ensure Paint Material delivery as per norms at Customer Sites.
  • Strategically develop business opportunities by increasing the number of booked sites, optimizing lead value, and enhancing customer referral contributions.
  • Develop and execute below-the-line (BTL) activation strategies to increase awareness of our services among target audiences.
  • Analyze metrics such as average site value, average paintable area, and the ratio of interior to exterior sites to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Own the end-to-end responsibility of driving the painting services portfolio in the unit.
  • Daily tracking of all complaints and ensure resolution within defined SLAs.
  • Lead a team of paint samplers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Set clear performance targets and provide regular feedback to team members to ensure accountability and productivity.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional development.
  • Monitor team performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve business objectives.
  • Induction training and evaluation of the Painter Cells, Performance Review on monthly/ quarterly basis of each Painter Cells.
  • Recruitment of Team & alignment with the Services roadmap to ensure adherence to business plans
