- Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to these plans.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in project management, program management, or business analysis.
- Proven experience in the HR Tech industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
