Lamination Operator

• Set up and operate lamination machines according to job specifications.

• Load raw materials (films, substrates, adhesives) onto the machine.

• Adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, speed) for different products.

• Monitor the lamination process to ensure proper adhesion and alignment.

• Inspect laminated materials for defects such as bubbles, wrinkles, or delamination.

• Perform routine maintenance on machines (cleaning rollers, checking sensors, etc.).

• Troubleshoot minor issues during machine operation to minimize downtime.

• Record production data such as output quantity, material usage, and any defects.

• Follow safety protocols to avoid accidents and ensure a safe work environment.

• Coordinate with quality control and supervisors to meet production targets.

• Ensure proper labelling and storage of finished laminated products.

• Clean work area and equipment at the end of each shift.
