Carbon Fiber Process Oversight: Lead and oversee the entire manufacturing process of carbon fiber parts, including material selection, layup, curing, finishing, and quality control. 2. Technical Expertise: Provide deep expertise in carbon fiber manufacturing techniques, advising on best practices, optimizing processes, and troubleshooting issues to ensure high-quality output. 3. Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce stringent quality standards, conducting thorough inspections, tests, and audits to maintain product integrity and compliance with specifications. 4. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement within the carbon fiber manufacturing workflow, implementing innovative solutions. 5. Research and Development: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in carbon fiber materials, contributing insights for continuous improvement and innovation. 6.
