Profile: Assistant Manager -Social Media Job Type: On - Site Job Location: Sector 125, Noida Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our brand objectives and target audience. Manage all aspects of our social media channels, including but not limited to content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement. Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Team to ensure social media efforts are integrated into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives. Analyze key metrics and performance indicators to track the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continually enhance our social media presence. Act as the primary liaison between our internal team and external social media agencies, fostering strong relationships and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on social media performance, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable insights Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment. Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to specific audiences and channels. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
